ALL KNOWN MEMBER OF ROGER PIRATES

Gol D.Roger was the Captain of the Roger pirates and commanded one of the most famous & notorious pirate crews in history. The Roger Pirates are the only crew to reach Raftel, the end of the New World in the Grand Line. Roger’s crew was known to be the strongest crew to sail the Grand Line. Even though the crew disbanded, the Marines would never allow the crew to be forgotten. If a crew member is encountered, the Marines cannot simply let them go. In sync with the current OP arc, 10 members of the Roger pirates have been revealed. Today, we’ll discuss about these Roger Pirates. Let’s Begin- 10. Buggy- Buggy the ‘Star’ Clown is the captain of the Buggy Pirates. He served as a cabin boy on Roger’s ship with Shanks where he accidentally swallowed the Chop-Chop DF (being surprised by Shanks) and got his powers. HOW DID BLACKBEARD MANAGES TO INJURES SHANKS LEFT EYE?



Hey guys. Blackbeard and Shanks have a lot of history between them. Both of them are annoyed at the sight of one another. But, why is that? For this we have to go back to Shanks’ and Whitebeard’s meeting in the New World. During their meeting, Shanks asked Whitebeard to recall Ace from his mission of killing Blackbeard. Shanks revealed that the scars that he had on his left eye were because of Blackbeard.



Shanks had anticipated that Blackbeard wasn’t up to any good long ago. This raises the question, how did Blackbeard give Shanks the scars and why? Rewind 12 years back to the current timeline. During that time, Shanks had actually made Windmill Village of east Blue his base for at least a year. He also had scars on is eye. Shanks had also managed to seize the Gomu Gomu no Mi from another pirate. The same devil fruit was eaten by Monkey D. Luffy.



Despite being so young, Shanks wa known throughout the Grand Lines. It was because of his duels with the current strongest swordsman in the world, Dracule Mihawk. According to the theory, Shanks wasn’t a Yonko yet but was a very powerful pirate nonetheless. During one of his adventures he comes across the Gomu Gomu no Mi and he takes it. I’d like to point out that the Gomu Gomu no Mi and the Yami Yami no Mi look very similar in colour and shape.



Now Blackbeard in his hunt for the Yami Yami no Mi hears/sees that Shanks obtained the purple devil fruit and mistakes the Gomu Gomu no Mi for the Yami Yami no Mi. Blackbeard goes and fights Shanks and whether Blackbeard overpowers Shanks or somehow sets a trap is unknown. But, somehow Blackbeard manages to scar Shanks. During their fight Shanks learns something about Blackbeard or obtains shocking information that makes Shanks question himself and the era.



As a result of this he recluses himself to the weakest sea to gather his bearings. There he gets acquainted with Luffy and Luffy says/does something that makes Shanks get back his drive and resolve. As a result he sails back to the New World where he rises up to the Yonko status. So, both Luffy and Shanks turned out to be the reason for becoming great pirates for one another.
